He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Hope Homan; his sister Deborah Barnard (late Ralph); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Corcoran and Kathleen Durkin (late Thomas).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Homan; his children, Heather A. Homan, John C. Homan (Marcella) and Erin H. Homan; his grandchildren, Louisa, Isabella and Declan; his siblings, Andrea Brickman (Neal) and Timothy Homan (Melinda); and his brother-in-law James Corcoran (Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church (35781 Stevens Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095).
