He is survived by : his wife Karen; his children, Richard Neely (Melody), Wayne Neely, Bret Neely, Yvonne Blankenship (Darryl) and Karen Neely (Andrew); and his brother Leon Neely of Lancaster. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
