She was predeceased by: her son John V. Kosek, IV; her parents, Paul Averill Leahy and Marion Catherine Leahy (MacNaughton); and her siblings, Paul, James, Eileen, Geraldine and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Robert K. Kosek (Marsha Kimble), Karen A. Kosek, Kathleen M. Kosek-Stevens (Todd Stevens) and Christopher S. Kosek (Jennifer Toth). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
