He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas (Helen Locke) and Willowick; his siblings, Ryan Locke (Heather), Joshua J. Locke and Thomas T. Locke Jr.; his nephew Grady; and his pet Sloane.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Abbey of Willoughby (38011 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094).
