It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Kozlevchar (Willowick, Ohio), who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Champa and Mary Champa; her husband John Kozlevchar; and her brother Edward Champa. She is survived by: her children, John Kozlevchar and Mary Jo Oppedisano (Joseph); her grandchildren, Samantha Tiedman (Ronny), Anna Oppedisano, Michael Oppedisano, Isabella Oppedisano and Abby Kosch; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Champa.
Family would appreciate donations made to St. Mary Magdalene Church in remembrance of Helen.
