He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Sarah Nolan (Cody); his grandchildren, Carson and Wyatt; his sisters, Jody Chaffin and Josel Collins-Hasting (David); and his nieces and nephews, Mathew (Jenna), Joshua, Rachel (David), David, Nathan (Jona), Samantha and Lauren.
