He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Helen. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Christine Borovic (Mathieu) and Tina DeGeorge (Nicholas); his sister Francine Ketchaver; and his grandchildren, Emily, Mia, Julia, Oliver, Lauren, Morgan and Melanie.

He was also a past president of the Willowick Recreation Board, tirelessly donating his time to help shape the future of his city's youth programs.
