Zak Sr. of Willowick, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father John Zakrajsek; and his siblings, Maria Schaffner and Bob Zak. He is survived by : his wife MaryAnn Zak (Otonicar); his children, Phillip Zak Jr. (Kate), Sharon Clark, Ronald Zak Sr. (Margie) and Lori Major (James); his grandchildren, Taylor Clark, Ronald Zak Jr., Zachary Clark, Kendra Zak, Leah Major, Nicholas Clark and Devon Zak; and his sister Joan Klecan.
