He is survived by: his children, Nicholas (Lori), Deborah Ann Grim (David) and Christine Koch (Donald); his grandchildren, Joseph Anthony Salvatore, Anthony Michael Salvatore, Ryan Wesley Grim, David Wayne Grim, Jonathan Salvatore Koch (Angela), Maria Ann Koch and Francis Joseph Koch; and his great grandchildren, Bethany, Abagail and Emerson.
