He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse E. Schlickman and Margaret E. Schlickman (Straub); his children, Jeffrey Schlickman and Stacy Fuhrman; his grandson Paul Carr; his sister Dixie Barton; and his brother-in-law Richard Samples.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Schlickman of Willshire, OH; his children, Kimberly Carr (Brad) of Willshire, OH, Tina Heitkamp (Mark) of Rockford, OH and Bryan Schlickman (Heather) of Willshire, OH; his son-in-law Kevin Fuhrman of Decatur, IN; and his siblings, Sondra Samples of Rockford, OH and Bill Schlickman of Ft. Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
