He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Louis Haggerty and Clarice Rosalie "Rosie" Ingalsbe Haggerty. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jean Porter Haggerty; his son Joe Walker; his brothers, Jerry "J. D." Haggerty (Ella) and Kevin Haggerty (Elizabeth); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Sheila Porter, Bonita Porter and Bob LaGesse. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
