He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stephens and Hazel Runyon Stephens; and his brother John Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Tara Palmer (Jeremy) of Jamestown and Brian Stephens (Emily) of Wilmington, Ohio; his brothers, Bob Stephens (Annette) of The Villages and Ron Stephens (Joni) of Spokane, Washington; his grandchildren, Bayden Stephens, Tyler McCoy, Brad McCoy and Ruth Palmer; and the mother of his children Jane Stephens.
