He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Roberta'Conn'Johnson; and his son Jaimie Pew. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Walls Scalf; his children, Robin Halcomb, Amanda Jean Smith, Christian Paige Scalf, Tiffany Scalf, Jeremey Work, Sirenity Stottlemire, Dylan Stottlemire and Cassandra Stottlemire; and his sisters, Pam Johnson, Angela Doll and Stella Bryant. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
