He is survived by : his wife Christy S. Carter of Lexington, Kentucky; and his children, Daniel Carter (Amanda) of Greenfield, Brandy Collett (Cody) of Owingsville, Brett Spegal (Reeka) of Mt. Sterling and Summer Carter of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also survived by 7 grandbabies, several nephews and 1 niece.
