She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Lathrop and Barbara Lathrop (Ives); her husband William Battig; her children, Jennifer Battig (Jason) and Jeff Battig (Sarah); her grandson Hayden Battig; and her sisters, Clara Krupka (Robert) and Dale Curry (Tim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home (97 W Locust St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church (73 N Mulberry St, Wilmington, OH 45177).
