He is survived by: his wife Debra Hale (Brumley); his daughters, Amy Hale of Wilmington, Jennifer Riddle (Gary) of Wilmington and Sarah Miller (Dustin) of Wilmington; his stepsons, Chad Carey (Tammy) of Wilmington, Curt Carey (Villa) and Mike Carey (Meghan) of Columbus; his sister Ann Noftsger (Mike) of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Avery, Claire Greenlees, Wyatt, Emma, Roy Riddle, Delaney, Logan Miller, Spencer, Madison, Lauren, Shania, Christian, Cassie, Catherine, Colton, Prescott, Conrad and Miles Carey; his great grandchild Carter Carey; Loey Stayden of Cincinnati.
