He was predeceased by: his wife Joan DeVoe Stephens; his parents, William C. Stephens and Carlene Pagett Stephens; and his brother Billy D. Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Stephens (Frank E. Guy) of Blanchester, Ohio and Terry Stephens (Pam) of Jamestown, Ohio; his sister Mary Ann Burton of Wilmington, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Stephens (Davidson Hunter), Lauren Stephens and Clayton Guy (Grace Nonnamaker). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
