It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daphne Blackburn of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turp and Violet Turp (Wade); her husband Cecil Blackburn (Blackie); her child Lynn (Yuko); and her siblings, Yvonne and Beryl.
She is survived by: her sons, Neil (Cheryl) and Clive; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Bryan (Sara), Vaughn (Sarah), Tristan (Kendal), Jessica, Andrew, Sarah and Cary. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
