David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Charlotte Shafer. He is survived by: his parents, David A. Chesney and Shelia Chesney; his wife Melissa Chesney (Thackston); his children, Autumn Huston (Andrew Rakes), Stewart Huston, Stanley Chesney, Isaac Chesney, Leah Chesney, Elaina Chesney, Molly Chesney and Dorothy Chesney; his grandchildren, Seraphina Shafer, Dallas Mojica and Winter Rakes; his sister Emily Edwards (John); his niece Addison Edwards; his nephew Jack Edwards; and his in-laws, Kerry and Joyce Thackston.
