With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie L. Simmons of Wilmington, Ohio, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Carter and Dorothy Carter (Davidson); her brother Bill Carter; her friend Sadie Mae; and also Misty Blackburn.
She is survived by : her husband Clem Simmons; her children, Bryan Simmons, Kimberly Ann Robinson, Sopinda Lavecchia and Dr. Siriporn Bulls-Fernandez; her grandchildren, Brad, Selena, Porter, Bay, Christopher and Alicia; her sister Judy (Kenny Taylor); and her friends, Pam, Danny Pogue, Mark Daniels and Linda Hoggett. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
