She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Adkins; and her sister Tara Pittman-Drake. She is survived by: her husband Joe Smith; her mother Patricia Blackburn Sholler; her son Dan Brewer; her grandchildren, Dylan, Danielle, Kylie, Noah, Zane and Amyah; and her siblings, Cynthia Ezuccura (Jose) of Orlando, Sean Flint (Gina) of Wilmington, Vicki Caudill of Wilmington, Tina Lucas of Marion, James Faulkner of Clarksville and Mike Huddleston of Racine, Ohio.. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
