He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lorentz and Madeline Lorentz. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Lorentz (Adams); his children, Tine Sue Shehorn (Tom) of Wilmington and Donald Ray Lorentz Jr. (Jayme) of Cleveland, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, James Donald Lorentz, Evelyn Tina Moore, Daniel Ray Moore, Karyn Faith Bedore (Gabriel), Elena Michelle Shehorn (Allen Michael Oakes) and Paul James Shehorn.
