She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Ray Hottinger and Cora Cornelia Morris Hottinger; her husband Donald Delano Secrest; and her siblings, Emily Jenkins and Bill Hottinger.

She is survived by : her children, Beverly Jordan and Donald R Secrest of Wilmington; her granddaughter Rachel Dawn Duncan (Christopher) of Wilmington, OH; her great grandchildren, Braeden Duncan and Brooklyn Duncan; and her brothers, John, Paul and Floyd Hottinger.
