Elizabeth J. Looney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2022, at the age of 88, Elizabeth J. Looney of Wilmington, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Renee LaPine (Greg) of Wilmington and Joe Looney of Wilmington; her granddaughter Aimee Branson (Chris) of Wilmington; her great grandchildren, Elijah and Micah Branson; and her sisters, Claudia Rogers of Youngsville, NC, Ella Tuvell of Wilmington, OH and Linda Chapman (David) of Vandalia, OH. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family.
An announcement will be made in the Wilmington News Journal and on Facebook Events so that Pastor Looney's extended family, Church family and many friends from near and far can celebrate her homegoing and contribution to our lives. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to support the Elizabeth J. Looney Food Distribution Center in care of the Wilmington Church of God, 100 R. Gordon Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
