He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edgar and Margaret Wilma Kratzer Jr. (Gohs); and his siblings, Larry E. and Dianna Lynn Tira. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Lawson (Dan) of Wilmington and Eddie Kratzer (Rachel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
