He is survived by: his significant other Jennifer Smalley Slagle; his children, Jason Adam and Megan; his sister Connie Benner; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Smalley (Norma), Mindy Baird and Suzanne Novak (Dan); and his nieces, Traci Rucker, Melissa Chestnut and Briana Baird.
