He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Vassar (Ramsey); his wife Anita Robin Shope; his sons, Gregory Shope, Jr. (Lizzy), Nicholas Shope and Daniel Shope (Leanna Robe); his grandchildren, Angelina, Robert Shope, Marilyn, Ceara, Marley, Abigail, Autumn, Caden, Addison, Cody and Lily; his stepmother Mary Shope; his sisters, Greta Shope Dupuy (Rich Warnock), Alison Shope Thornton (Bart), Beverly Shope Stringer (Bob) and Angela Shope Lore (Tom); his stepbrothers, Fred Malone and Tim Malone; and his close friend Jeff Gullet. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
