He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Smith and Emma Lee Pierce Smith; and his siblings, George and Florence Ann. He is survived by: his wife Enriqueta Smith; his daughters, Dawn Weston (John), Donna Csollany (Damon) and Terri Smith (Lori Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Brittany Griffith (Ron), Michael Lochman (Ashley), Samantha Lochman (Michael), Isabella Smith-Weston, John Weston, Jr., Hunter Csollany and Sophia Csollany. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Contributions in Harvey's memory may be made to the Sugar Grove Cemetery or to The Clinton County Humane Society.
