He was predeceased by: his sister Isabelle McMullen Shanks; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Carl Shanks and Dr. Jean Dickerscheid. He is survived by: his wife Margie Dearth McMullen; his children, Melinda McMullen Tilton (Douglas) of New Vienna, John Leslie McMullen (Christine) of Cincinnati and Amy Louise McMullen (Francis Brassard) of Delaware, Ohio; his granddaughters, Mackenzie Christine McMullen, Megan Leslie McMullen and Sarah Elizabeth McMullen; and his brother-in-law Dr. Harold Dickerscheid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
