She was predeceased by: her husband Lester E. Stephenson; her parents, Benjamin H. Fisher and Ruby Carter Fisher; and her brothers, Max B. Fisher and Richard Fisher.

She is survived by: her niece Susan Frazier (Gary); her nephew Tony Davis; and also, Russell Frazier and Thomas Davis.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janice's memory may be made to Community Care Hospice, 1669 Rombach Avenue, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
