He was predeceased by: his mother Melva L. Flowers; his brother Jay Slone of Sabina; and his wife Anita of Wilmington. He is survived by: his stepfather Ralph Slone; his brothers, John Slone (Lisa) of Flemingsburg, KY and Ryan of Springboro; his children, Jennifer Diane, Jeremy Wade of Chillicothe, Joshua Lee and John Micah of Midland; his daughter-in-law Megan; and his grandchildren, Madison, Jacob, Ryleigh and Ezekiel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and two grand-nieces.
