It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremiah Lee Wooton of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carolyn, Elbert Wooton, Leo and Helen Murphy; his uncle Jim Wooton (Leila); and his aunt Linda Wooton.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashton Wooton (Ethan Jones); his stepdaughter Raven Herchenbach (Devin); his parents, Theresa Wooton and Raleigh Wooton; his brothers, John Humphrey and Joey Wooton; and his close friends, Brandon Shores (Brittany), Brent Schrader (Tami) and Jack Schrader. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miami Shores Baptist Church (4000 Vance Rd, Moraine, OH 45439). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to a favorite charity in memory of Jeremiah.
