She was predeceased by: her parents, Zela Plymire and Virgil Plymire; her daughter Cynthia; her son-in-law Tim Leighly; her grandsons, Phillip Leighly and Alan Leighly; the father of her children Paul B. Akers; and her brothers, James Taylor, Clarence Taylor and Carl Pendleton.
She is survived by: her son Dan; her daughter-in-law Linda Akers of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Brittany Akers (Tim Estel) and Kyle Akers (MacCayla); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Colton, Christopher and Slate. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
