She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Junior and Myrtle Gaffin (Johnson); her husband Richard Perry; and her brothers, Richard Gaffin and Ronald Gaffin.
She is survived by: her children, Richard R. Perry, Matthew Perry (Nicol) and Tara Michael (Craig); her grandchildren, Latisha Muller (Rick), Malacai McDufford, Austin Michael (Madison), Aria Bailey, Griffin Perry, Phoenix Perry, Calla Perry and Alyssa Michael; and her stepsons, Michael Wayne Baldwin (Kelly) of Chillicothe, OH and Richard Jay Baldwin (Julie) of Minister, OH. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
