She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Ann Lewis (Wilder); and her grandparents, Melvin, Marion Wilder, Normand E. and Pauline Lewis.
She is survived by: her father Normand Lynn Lewis; her daughter Ava May Lewis; her stepmother Kathy Lewis of Wilmington; her stepsister Jodi Lyn Vogel (Tom) of Wilmington; and her border collies, Remy and Marty. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
