He is survived by: his children, Tracy Viviano (Paul Jernigan Sr.) and William Belknap; his grandchildren, Chasity Viviano, Paul Jerrigan, Jr., Celina Jernigan and Bentley Belknap; his siblings, Diane Clifton (Joe), Bascum Hall and Roberta Belknap (Amie Mowrey); and his close friends, Cindy and Ed Delong. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
