He is survived by: his father John Kenneth "Ken"; his son Cody Osborn; his siblings, Steven Minderman (Andrea), Tina Minderman Nguyen (Luc), John Minderman (Sharayah) and Anthony Minderman (Gina); and his aunts, Sue Wittrock and Jean Wittrock.
