She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Pratt of Wilmington and Eric Pratt (Nancy) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Rian Mullins (Josh) of Wilmington, Devin Worthington (Maddie) of Hillsboro, Quentin Worthington of Lebanon, Leann Pratt (Tyler) of Blanchester and Adrian Pratt (Ari) of Wilmington; her great grandchildren, Baby Devin, Max, Gracelynn, Emery and Leena; and her pet Beethoven.
