She is survived by: her children, Rae Lynn Howard (Jim) of Latham, Neal Spurlock of Wilmington, Wade Spurlock of Wilmington and Lance Spurlock of Wilmington. She is also survived by grandchildren, along with numerous great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
