He is survived by: his wife Sabrina; and his children, Lee Kiser (Cara) of Columbus, Indiana, Pamela Jones (Donald) of Union, Rachel Starnes of Wilmington and Misti Kiser Cook (Brandon) of Council, Idaho.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
