He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Lucille Duggins (Hampton); and his siblings, Rex Duggins, Fred Duggins, Mike Duggins, Robert Duggins, Betty Leavitt, June Crowe and Ruth Ann Hibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Duggins (Teboe); his children, Sheila Runyon (Robert), Rodney Duggins (Christa), Vince Duggins (Angela) and Rebecca Yerian (Bryan); and his siblings, Jerry Duggins (Linda), John Duggins, Gary Duggins (Mary), Cheyenne Duggins (Dee), Jimmy Duggins (Judy) and Melodie DeBoard (Bob). He is also survived by his wife of 59 years, other surviving family members.
