She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Morton West and Eleanor Lucille Perry West; and her siblings, Larry West and Betty Sheffield. She is survived by: her husband James Faul; her children, Bradley A. Riley of Vancouver, Bryan A. Riley of Las Vegas, Nevada and Angela Kay Faul of Port William, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Bretney Riley, Bryce Riley, Kirstin Riley (Blayke), Liam Powell and Hope Powell. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Smith Funeral Homes (327 N South St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
