He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Applegate; his daughter Debra Applegate; his children-in-law, Sharon Applegate and Michael Sauntry; his granddaughter Virginia Marie Sauntry; and his brother Robert Kelly (late Loraine).
He is survived by: his children, Roger T. Applegate, Tom (Treva) and Lori Applegate; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Alexander, Steven, Amanda, Allen and Andrew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
