He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthias S. Spisak and Peggy J. Spisak (Caldwell); his nephews, Matthew Steven Spisak and Daniel Patrick Spisak; his grandson Michael Matthias Carr Spisak; and his daughter-in-law Connie R. Spisak.
He is survived by: his children, Johnroger C., Johnmichael Spisak (Mary), Johndavid Allen (Krista) and Johnrobert F. Spisak; his brother Ronald Spisak (Cathie); his nephew Thomas Spisak (Andrea); and his niece Sarah Houck. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family.
