She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Eugene and Goldie May Suggs (Cosby); her husband William Edward Katter; and her sister Elizabeth Emody. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Katter Patterson of Harrison, OH and Allison Katter of Wilmington.
