Terry Dupuis Obituary
We announce the death of Terry Dupuis of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 71. Terry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Terry will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Terry will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Terry’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dupuis and Wilma Dupuis. He is survived by: his son Gary Smith (Sarah Fizer) of Wilmington, Ohio; his siblings, Darrel Dupuis (Kathy) of Wilmington, Ohio and Tammy Maynard (Rick Likovetz) of Wilmington, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brice Smith and Ryen Donini; his former wife Mindy Spicer; and his special buddy Cameron Holbert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sugar Grove Cemetery (297 W Truesdell St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Wilmington Fraternal Order of Eagles (141 E Sugartree St, Wilmington, OH 45177).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Terry's memory may be made to the Faith Lutheran Church Food Pantry, 421 East Vine Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
