He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester D. Miller and Thelma Miller; and his siblings, Chester, Don, Dan, Tom Miller and Martha Wolf.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Miller (Fox); his children, Steven Miller (Ati Hunter), Terri Collins (Abraham Arnold) and Lynette Zook (David); his grandchildren, Garrett Collins (Audrea), Kylie Zook and Daniel Zook; his great grandchildren, Greyson Collins, Aveyah Collins and Daxton Collins; and his brothers, Fred Miller (Juanita) and Gene Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
