He was predeceased by: his parents, Chacy Sr. Scott and Elva Scott (Ward); and his wife Sandra Scott (Aguilar). He is survived by: his son Thomas K. Scott, II; and his sister Maxine Gilham (Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cornerstone Baptist Church (225 Randolph St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
