She was predeceased by: her parents, Vestal Choate and Christina Choate; her former husbands, David E. Wright and Charles R. Carroll; and her son Dwain Dalton.
She is survived by: her husband Roger V. Dalton; her daughter Terri Abad (Carlito) of Vallejo, CA.; and her grandsons, David Wright (Jessie) of Dickson and Caleb Abad (Melissa) of Vallejo, CA.. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, 1 sister and 2 brothers, children, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
