She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Prater and Juanita Prater (Martin); her husband Wilbur Hattan; and her daughter Lisa Kisling. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Black (Craig) of Winchester and Tracey Young (Steve) of Ashton; and her sister Kathleen Brownlee of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home (19306 OH-136, Winchester, OH 45697). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Decatur Cemetery.
